These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the AimRight Logistics website and all services provided by AimRight Logistics (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or booking services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

AimRight Logistics provides commercial equipment relocation and logistics services, including but not limited to:

Vending machine relocation
Large appliance relocation
Restaurant and food service equipment relocation
Commercial fixtures and furniture relocation

All services are provided by appointment only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are estimates based on information provided by the customer.
Final pricing may change due to weight, access conditions, stairs, delays, additional labor, or undisclosed items.
Any additional charges will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide accurate information regarding items, locations, and access conditions
Ensure equipment is emptied, disconnected, and prepared unless otherwise agreed
Secure permits, building approvals, or property access as required

AimRight Logistics is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due as agreed at booking or upon service completion unless otherwise stated in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated prior to service.
Unpaid balances may result in service refusal or additional fees.

6. Damage & Liability

AimRight Logistics exercises reasonable care during all services.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, internal component issues, or damage caused by improper preparation.
Claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Liability, if any, is limited to the cost of the service provided unless otherwise required by law.

7. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Weather conditions
Traffic incidents
Equipment failure
Acts of God
Government restrictions

8. Website Use

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of website content is prohibited.
